worth of shares in Smart Board Holdings. Under the deal, Foxconn
Singapore acquired 8 billion Smart Board shares at $0.01 apiece.
Meanwhile, Smart Board purchased 11,428,571 shares in Smart
Technologies worth $80 million priced at $7 each. Foxconn Singapore
now holds a 99.95% stake in Smart Board Holdings, which in turn has
full ownership of Smart Technologies. Shares of Foxconn gained
marginally in midmorning trading.
